Created tracing paper templates of additional 7 holes to drill in lower splice plates per detail C. Placed tracing paper on splice plates and pilot drilled holes. Located lower splice plates along lower longerons per FC01 dimensions. Removed lower cross tie #1 and vertical channels #1 for better access and pilot drilled and clecoed lower splice plates using combination of strap duplicators and 12″ drill bits. Reinstalled previously removed parts. Holes on lower splice plates still need to be transferred to lower cross tie #1 and spacers. Will accomplish when floor is reinstalled.
