Located new bulkhead hole one inch above plans measurement to ensure continuous fuel flow. Updrilled bulkhead hole to 9/16″. Created spacer from 1/8″ aluminum scrap to go between bulkhead tee fitting and nut to keep assembly from rotating. Tried to make flex hose to connect fuel system but couldn’t get the geometry correct due to the short run. Will make solid aluminum tube connection later on. Trimmed Princeton fuel probe according to Onex instructions to fit B-Model tank; suspect probe was originally for the legacy tank. Used tube cutter to trim aluminum case and side snips to trim copper rod. Installed fuel probe into “oops” fitting with liquid Teflon. Will leak test once fuel system in complete.
