Clamped together rear edges of windshield skirt and windshield and pilot drilled pieces together starting at the top center and working down both sides. Marked centerline on the windshield bow and pilot drilled top center hole off of plane. Clecoed bow into place and aligned to existing holes in windshield. Pilot drilled windshield bow holes from existing holes in windshield and skirt. Then drilled windshield bow to upper longerons for AN3 hardware. Removed bow from windshield assembly then marked center and overlap lines onto bow strap. Clamped bow strap underneath windshield and skirt and pilot drilled in same manner used previously. Added windshield bow back to assembly then clecoed everything together to recheck fitment. Finished pilot drilling fuselage side holes and forward skirt holes in upper firewall.
