Laid out F20-06 turtledeck skins on workbench and trimmed aft inside edges per plans. Aligned edge of RH turtledeck skin to edge of F20-07 skin splice channel and transferred holes onto top flange. Temporarily assembled -02 turtle deck skin assembly together with clecoes with LH skin on top of RH skin on top of skin splice channel. Marked the 1″ skin overlap area on both sides of assembly. Undid top three rows of clecoes from aft tail cone sides and slid left side of turtledeck assembly between side skin and upper longerons. Carefully folded turtle deck skin into semi-circle and tucked the RH in between RH side skin and upper longeron. Once turtledeck skin was folded into place, adjusted height of LH side overlap and clecoed at former joints. Repeated the process with RH side. No dimples or ripples noted in turtledeck skin. Rechecked alignment of aft tail cone assembly.
