Creation of -07L/R former clips from F07 stock. 1/8″ radius bends made using 1/4″ drill bit in vice. Angles verified with full size plans Hours Worked: 0.95

Rudder Stop Assembly
Creation of -08 rudder stops from 1 x 0.125 bar stock. Located rudder stop on outside of aft fuselage skins and pilot drilled into place. Hours Worked: 1.12

Fairlead Block Assembly
Drilled and clecoed F27-09 fairlead mount blocks to #5 vertical channels. Rivets and fairleads not yet installed Hours Worked: 0.37
