Trimmed LH wing tip tail end where it attaches to rear spar and notched top edge for main spar. Trimmed a 1/2″ channel in the bottom edge of the wing tip to accommodate rib flanges pointing outwards. Wing tip pilot drilled to wing skins. Hours Worked: 0.82

Root Rib Prep – Part 3
Took W16-06 aft rib and modified it using template from plans into W16-11 aft root rib. Removed both forward and aft root rib attach angles to insert root ribs then temporarily reattached. LH Wing Assembly – Part 5
Created W05-02 and W03-02 hinge halves from M3 piano hinge and pilot drilled/clecoed to LH wing. LH doubler clecoed onto wing and holes for root rib drilled into wing skins. Forward most row of lower forward skin holes pilot drilled and clecoed into place. Hours Worked: 2.49

LH Wing Rib Assembly – Part 1
Assembled LH ribs to main spar and clecoed in place. Rear spar attached to aft ribs and up drilled to #30. Rear spar set at 19″ from wing station and locked into place with brace. Forward and aft ribs up drilled to #30 at main spar Hours Worked: 2.32

RH root doubler deburred and clecoed onto wing. Wing tip clecoed into place as well Hours Worked: 0.43

RH Wing Assembly – Part 11
Finished up RH wing assembly by riveting forward wing skin onto wing. Started with top side, riveted entire side (starting at main spar then working to leading edge) then flipped wing and repeated process on bottom side. Left forward-most row of rivets on top side until bottom side of wing skin was clecoed into place.…
