Aft Fuselage Part Prep – Part 2
Creation of F23 miscellaneous parts per legacy plans. Made -02 bulkhead from .032 sheet rather than blank due to not knowing it was available until it was too late. Channel cut with hole cutter. -03 and -04 angles cut on bandsaw, bent to 95 degrees, and holes cut with step bits. -05L/R mount assembly parts…

Aileron Bellcranks – Part 2
Cut new blanks for -03 and -04 and cut out angles. Mated together angles and up drilled bolt hole through -05 spacer block. Symmco bushings are just a little loose in holes so will need to apply Loctite 638 before final assembly. Hours Worked: 1.34
