Continued working on Sonex FWF manual for the Jabiru by marking and trimming cooling fins on cylinder #1. In lieu of further trimming cylinder fins to fit spark plug CHT ring sensors, will opt to use #8 ring terminal sensors for easier access. Removed existing baffling from front of engine and old oil cooler. Measured oil pan cooling fins and they should not need to be trimmed. Removed fuel pump and installed fuel pump block off plate with red high-temp RTV. Located air filter assembly on intake side of AeroInjector and marked mounting hole location. Updrilled air filter mounting hole and tapped for AN3 hardware. Disassembled AeroInjector to insert throttle cable segment that will run from carb to throttle bell crank. Mounted AeroInjector and air filter assembly to engine intake.
