Did some rough trimming of the RH side fuselage side panel to verify routing path of pitot/aoa tubes. Disconnected RH rudder cable to ensure all bundles were behind it then reconnected cable to rudder pedal. Drilled 1/2″ holes through fuselage vertical channel and installed rubber grommets. Routed lines though grommets then up RH side of baggage compartment behind rudder cable. Secured lines loosely with adhesive pads as to not crimp tubes and effect pressure. Fabricated mount bracket out of scrap aluminum sheet for #2 vertical channel to prevent rubbing on exposed edge. Trimmed tubes to length then connected them to Dynon ADAHRS unit. Conducted pitot leak test IAW with AC 43.13 with previously cobbled together pitot testing unit. After one minute, an airspeed loss of 2 knots was observed when pressurizing system to 150 knots. Ops check good and pitot system complete!
