Mated spars together and up drilled alignment holes to 1/4″ per plans. Spars temporarily fastened together with AN4 hardware to drill wing attachment blocks. Holes drilled with drill press on ground and leveled by using 3/8″ bit and drill guide, then 15/32″ bit and finished with 1/2″ reamer. Both holes have give slight resistance when inserting AN8 bolts. Xenos rig blocks drilled and bolted on with spars mated. One hole accidently drilled to 1/4″ and will need AN4-11A bolt to secure it; no edge violations. Spars ready to continue (minus the one bolt and some touch up primer).
