LH Wing Rib Assembly – Part 1
Assembled LH ribs to main spar and clecoed in place. Rear spar attached to aft ribs and up drilled to #30. Rear spar set at 19″ from wing station and locked into place with brace. Forward and aft ribs up drilled to #30 at main spar Hours Worked: 2.32

RH Wing Assembly – Part 12
RH root doubler deburred and clecoed onto wing. Wing tip clecoed into place as well Hours Worked: 0.43
RH Landing Light – Part 5
RH lens trimmed, attached to lower retaining clip and installed in opening with sealant around opening. Little bit of a gap on inboard edge; will monitor for water intrusion. Needed to heat lens a little with heat gun to get okay fit. Hours Worked: 2.07
RH Landing Light – Part 4
Created lower retaining bracket per instruction manual; substituted solid rivets for pull type. Masked off landing light lens and fit into place. Began trimming lens for width and began trimming upper lip. Hours Worked: 1.35
RH Wing Assembly – Part 11
Finished up RH wing assembly by riveting forward wing skin onto wing. Started with top side, riveted entire side (starting at main spar then working to leading edge) then flipped wing and repeated process on bottom side. Left forward-most row of rivets on top side until bottom side of wing skin was clecoed into place.…
Pitot Mount Prep – Part 3
Nut plates installed on Pitot mount. Pitot controller remounted to #4 rib with 632R6 screws. Pitot tube mocked up in bracket and lines bent to offset connections above inspection plate. Created grounding lug in RH Rib #12 for tip light and landing light. Created RH wing wiring harness and routed through snap bushing in lightning holes and tubing support plates. Created new hole in main spar tip web to relocate connector aft of main spar. Maintenance loops created in pitot wiring harness and landing light…
RH Wing Assembly – Part 10
Finished dimpling forward wing skin and moved onto riveting RH upper and lower aft wing skins into place. Did not rivet row on main spar or rows where root doubler will be. Hours Worked: 3.88

Bolted and riveted RH root rib assembly into place. Bolts in rear spar removed to allow riveting of the aft root rib to the rear spar attach angle.
