SNX-W08: Main Spar

Disassembled RH main spar stack and began prepping parts for primer (deburring and countersinking) Hours Worked: 4.49

More component assembly of RH spar. Laid out, up drilled, and clecoed upper/lower stiffeners, vertical stiffeners, root rib attach blocks, wing attach block, and tie down angle. Ready for complete disassembly and deburr/countersink Hours Worked: 5.28

Start of assembly of main spar (RH side). Discovered oblong holes on spar web marked right side and will need to replace. Used LH spar web on RH assembly. RH upper spar cap was already drilled but needed to drill lower spar cap. All webs clecoed together. Need to final drill miscellaneous angles and attachments…
