Mounting of FWF Electrics
Began mounting FWF components on firewall by laying everything out in a logical order then marking and drilling mount holes. Installed nutplates for all fixtures to enable easy replacement in the future. Temporarily mounted starter solenoid and voltage regulator for now pending proper bolts and ring terminals for ground wires. Hours Worked: 2.87

Tail Installation – Part 2
Mocked up vertical stabilizer into place and noticed elevator horn was impacting vertical stabilizer skin and preventing full motion. Removed vertical stabilizer and trimmed skin at base. Continued to file elevator horn to ensure full 25 degrees of pitch up. Inserted elevator pushrod into fuselage before getting too far. Set elevator hinge pins all the…

Flap Rebuild – Part 5
Up drilled drive plate attach holes to 1/4″ for AN4 hardware and clecoed AN366F-428A nutplates into place. Disassembled both drive plate ribs, deburred, and riveted assemblies together Hours Worked: 0.92
