Garmin GPS 175 Install
Diagnosed GPS175 screen issue by dissassembling unit and cleaning and reseating screen ribbon connectors; ops check good. Installed GPS harness onto back of tray and wired up ground and power connections. Installed unit and tested; ops check good. Fabricated antenna cable from RG400 coax and drilled center holes for both Dynon and Garmin GPS antennas.…

Root Rib Prep – Part 2
Disassembled RH forward and aft root ribs and angles, prepared holes and ribs, and riveted parts together. Assembly ready for installation on main spar Hours Worked: 0.85

RH Wing Rib Assembly – Part 3
Took apart RH wing box down to spars. Deburred and cleaned both main and rear spar. Began assembling wing ribs starting from #12 and working inboard. Deburred all holes in both forward and aft ribs, scotchbrited scratches, and cleaned with acetone. Forward ribs had holes dimpled for forward skin. Forward/Aft ribs #3-#12 complete. Lightning holes…
