Avionics Sub-panel – Part 1
Created avionics sub-panel (shelf) from Z04-03 stock. Made mounting hinge pieces from -5 piano hinge to allow for more adjustability. Mocked up shelf locating behind panel and in front of fuel tank and pilot drilled hinges to upper longerons then to shelf. Rear Spar Carry Through Assembly
Created F03-02, F03-05L/R, F03-08 and -04/-07 spacers from legacy plans using angle and channel stock on hand. Clecoed together -01 rear spar carry through assembly together then updrilled all holes. Disassembled part and prepped parts for final assembly. Assembled all parts with rivets and AN3 hardware. F03 complete! Hours Worked: 6.65

Firewall Prep – Part 1
Creation of miscellaneous firewall components per plans. -10, -11, and -12 parts created via legacy plans set. Bent edges of -01 up per plans and set aside. -03 assembly created from firewall former halves.. Hours Worked: 2.27

Aft Fuselage Part Prep – Part 1
Cut Z04-02 cross tie stock to create upper and lower cross ties. Radius’ in lower cross ties made with 1/4″ drill bit. Used legacy plans to create cross ties; no pilot holes drilled. Cut Z04-03 for lower Cross Tie #1 Hours Worked: 4.20
