Finished wiring auto pilot harness. Calibrated servos through the SkyView menu but when the auto pilot test was conducted, the pitch servo could be heard slipping consistently. Took video and sent to Dynon support. Talked with Steven from Dynon Support who informed me that the servos might not be able to move the flight controls on the ground and to rather wait until the in-flight test to verify servo strength. Test would pass when helping the controls, however, and calibration was satisfactory. Will wait until in-flight testing to determine if an issue is present. Completed smoke system wiring from aux fuse box by terminating power, ground, and signal ground into 4 pin DT connector. Installed 5 amp blade fuse into fuse box and tested functionality. Installed seat heat switches into headphone jack panels and wired pre-made harnesses into fuse box with 10 amp fuses. Secured wiring behind upper crosstie box and temporarily plugged seats in to test functionality; ops check good. Wrapped LH fuselage wire bundle with protective jacket. Electrical system complete!
