Used rivet stems and clamps to hold center seatbelt channels into place while locating and pilot drilling seat ribs and channels to forward floor. Clecoed -14L/R angles into place. Located idler assembly and pilot drilled to lower cross member and seat belt attach assembly. Updrilled all holes in fuselage floor then removed floor for better access. Began updrilling seat ribs and channels. Removed inner seat pan ribs to have better access to center seat belt channel components. After all parts were drilled, removed F09 assemblies from fuselage for deburring. Riveted seat belt top angle to assembly then located and drilled center seatbelt attach holes in seat belt attach channels. Riveted center seatbelt attach channel components to seat belt attach assembly. Riveted idler attach clips to idler then idler assembly to the seat belt attach assembly. Located assembly including center seat belt channels and idler and riveted to fuselage.
