Aft Fuselage Side Panel Assembly – Part 5
Began final assembly of side panels by deburring, scotchbriting and cleaning all F25 parts. Started by riveting rudder cable fairlead mount blocks to vertical channels #1 and #5. Main Wing Spar Mating – Part 1
Mated spars together and up drilled alignment holes to 1/4″ per plans. Spars temporarily fastened together with AN4 hardware to drill wing attachment blocks. Holes drilled with drill press on ground and leveled by using 3/8″ bit and drill guide, then 15/32″ bit and finished with 1/2″ reamer. Both holes have give slight resistance when…

RH Main Spar Assembly – Part 9
Completion of the riveting and bolting of the RH spar. Rivets finished, blemishes primed, and all attach angles bolted and final torqued. Did not bolt spar blocks on and clecoed left in tip web. Hours Worked: 5.75
