Laid out aft cockpit panels on front formers and marked hole locations. Cut out mounting and component holes in formers, deburred, and riveted plates to fuselage. Measured out length of pilot side headset harnesses and cut three-wire shielded cable to length. Soldered harness onto headphone jack and used heat shrink to protect solder joints on jack. Installed jack into panel using a combination of fiber and shoulder washers. Attached pins to intercom side of harness and installed in D-sub connector. Repeated process for pilot side mic jack except soldered PTT wires directly to jack as well. Added pins to SkyView display audio wires and installed them into the intercom connector. Temporarily connected grounds together and plugged in intercom to test. Ops check good (so far).
