Soldered shielded wire bundles onto copilot headset and passenger jacks. Installed both jacks on copilot side panel and routed wires to main intercom harness. Pinned connects at harness side then tested copilot side audio. Realized the the SkyView audio wires were routed under the throttle cable so had to unpin the four display wires and reroute them. Assembled intercom harness shell then zip tied wire bundles. Used solder sleeve to combine mic grounds and large solder sleeve to tie together airframe ground and all shield terminations. Finally installed intercom and tested functionality. Ops check good! Most panel wiring now complete; just need to clean up routing.
